As I stepped inside Paradiso, I was immediately enveloped by the inviting ambiance, complemented by the sounds of 1930s swing and jazz wafting through the air. The decor is both elegant and uplifting, providing the perfect backdrop for an evening of indulgence. The culinary offerings at Paradiso are nothing short of remarkable. I was particularly captivated by the chicken saltimbocca, which comes artfully wrapped in delicate prosciutto—tender and bursting with flavor. Another standout is the Coffee Lavender Pork Loin, which pairs unexpected ingredients that marry beautifully on the plate. Furthermore, the handmade focaccia and desserts, like the exquisite carrot cake, are must-tries that promise to leave a lasting impression.

Paradiso at the Grand has reopened. Saw the open sign, swerved to park and went in. Nancy took great care of us. Had incredible craft cocktails. Carmen, who was behind the bar is a master drink maker. Best Aviation and Daquiry I ever had. The chef has crafted a great menu. We shared the chicken saltimboca, it was deliciously wrapped in fine prosciutto. The focaccia bread was homemade and very tasty. We also shared a carrot cake, out of this world. Fine dining is back in style in downtown Salem.

The food and atmosphere of this restaurant are amazing and worth it for special occasions. I gave 4 stars to the service because we had quite an odd experience with the water. The first time my water was filled while leaving my husband's un-refilled but I chalked it up to our waitress being right behind her waiting to take our order but then it happened again except this time we both put our glasses on the end of the table to show we both wanted a refill of water and only HIS water was refilled, ignoring mine. I actually asked my husband if this was a little prank because it was so odd.

Best steak in Salem ( we order our steaks medium well)! The atmosphere is inviting, the customer service is amazing. They give you a food tasting and a palate cleanser prior to main dish. This is our go to spot for date nights and so happy Salem has a spot like this.

I agree with others that they have absolutely amazing steaks, along with Paradiso's sides, apps, salads, and drinks - this place is a gem and is an amazing place to have a great meal. The menu looks standard, but once reading the details of each dish, you realize they add their own touch to each item. From start to dessert, you will enjoy the atmosphere and food every time.

Simply can not express how amazing this restaurant is!! The food is the finest I have eaten! I had the Coffee Lavender Pork Loin, every part of it was breathtaking! My wife had the Spring Duck Salad, and she enjoyed it thoroughly. The mixed drinks we had were superbly prepared, unique, and creative! Corpse Reviver No 2 was an absolute hit! I also enjoyed my Cucumber Martini. Higher praise is certainly deserved, but I am not a professional reviewer, just a happy man who was grateful for an amazing birthday dinner for my wife!

Dined in for a nice dinner with my absolutely gorgeous girlfriend. We had the chicken kebabs, wedge salad, and their chicken noodle soup. I thought the soup was really really good. And my Kebobs were tender. The staff were very nice. Would recommend giving them a try. Nice drink menu as well.

Absolutely amazing. All around. Our waitress was wonderful, so attentive and sweet. Our cocktails were delicious and strong. Every course of the evening was delicious. We had fresh bread with a fancy butter and balsamic, so good. Our steaks were cooked perfectly at medium rare as requested, with thoughtful and perfect sides. My dad could not stop raving about the Gorgonzola mashed potatoes and the potato gratin that the rest of us had was so delicious. Fresh perfectly cooked carrots and green bean casserole that reminded me of my Nana’s but with a fancy twist :) Between each course was a special treat, a palate cleanser that was also yummy and unique. This was the best restaurant dining experience I’ve had in a very, very long time- not just in Salem, but in many other cities too. I really hope they stick around for a long time. The price is worth the punch, the experience, the delicious food, it is so worth it. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you to all who helped us have an amazing experience tonight. Cheers!

I loved the art deco style atmosphere of this establishment. Windows the length of the two corner walls provides natural light, in the evening the ambiance lighting provides a soft glow creating an uplifting mood about the dinning and bar areas. The booth seats were comfy and provided privacy. Overhead music were the sounds of 1930's swing and jazz. The serving staff were kind, friendly, and relaxed. The food was divine! Upscale dishes, cooked to perfection! I had a medium rare petite steak with peppercorn sauce, honey glazed carrots and parsips, and a potato leek scalloped potatoes. The dinner was hearty and filling. I also enjoyed a flavorful italian soda. In my opinion the quality of food and service surpasses any fine dinning establishment in the greater Salem area. I will be visiting again. (Our total expense was lower as we only ordered 2 entrees and one soda. We did not order an appetizer, alcoholic drinks, or dessert). However the desserts looks amazing!
